Dr. Kodali - Orthopaedic Surgeon – Sports Medicine
Pradeep Kodali, Orthopaedic Surgeon
Dr. Pradeep Kodali recently entered in private practice after being an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston.

Dr. Kodali knew at an early age that he wanted to become a physician. Because of that, he accepted during high school into an accelerated medical program where he obtained his undergraduate and medical school degrees in six years. He completed his orthopaedic surgery training at Northwestern University in Chicago working along side doctors for the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs. Dr. Kodali then completed advanced training in orthopaedic sports medicine focusing on minimally invasive surgery of the knee and shoulder at the internationally recognized Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

He is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Kodali specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of knee, shoulder, hip and elbow injuries and disorders.

As an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, Dr. Kodali’s goal is to return competitive athletes, weekend warriors, and patients of all ages to their previous level of activity. Dr. Kodali will use a multidisciplinary conservative approach with methods such as pharmacological therapy, physical or occupational therapy, injections, or bracing to help achieve this goal. Surgery is sometimes needed but often used in patients who fail these conservative measures.
