Dr. Vann is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.  He has the knowledge, experience, and necessary tools to solve your bone and joint problems. With extensive training and experience in Trauma, Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, Shoulder, Hip and Knee Surgery, Dr. Vann is able to provide complete musculoskeletal care to the entire family. He aims to restore individuals to their active lifestyles, sports or work, as quickly as possible, using the latest proven surgical techniques and devices.

Operating Room Personnel In-Service Series. Developed a series of small group interactive sessions teaching the basics of Orthopaedic instrumentation, principles, and surgical assistance during musculoskeletal procedures. Gulf Coast Medical Center, 2009.

Howard University Department of Orthopaedic Surgery Administrative Chief Resident, 2006/07. Elected by peers to coordinate and implement the core curriculum including resident lectures, visiting professors, exam review sessions, journal club and gross anatomy labs.
